Terms of Service

By accessing or using 15hunnitboy.com (the "Platform"), operated by 15HunnitBoy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15HunnitBoy LLC operates a digital marketplace for the sale and licensing of musical compositions ("Beats"), sample packs, merchandise, and related creative assets. The Platform connects music producers ("Producers") with recording artists, content creators, and businesses ("Buyers") seeking to license or purchase musical works.

All Beat purchases are subject to the specific license tier selected at checkout. The following license tiers are available:

Basic License ($49.99/beat): MP3 file (320kbps), up to 5,000 streams, non-exclusive, must credit producer, personal and non-profit use only.

Premium License ($99.99/beat): MP3 + WAV files, up to 50,000 streams, commercial use allowed, 1 music video, radio and live performances, non-exclusive.

Unlimited License ($249.99/beat): MP3 + WAV + Stems, unlimited streams, full commercial rights, unlimited music videos, sync-ready, no credit required, non-exclusive.

Sync License ($399.99/beat): WAV + Stems, film, television, advertisements, commercials, video games, streaming platforms, YouTube and social media content, non-exclusive.

Exclusive Rights ($749.99/beat): All files (MP3, WAV, Stems), full ownership transfer, beat removed from store, all rights transfer to buyer, royalty-free forever, no credit required.

Non-exclusive licenses do not prevent other Buyers from licensing the same Beat. Exclusive purchases result in the Beat being permanently removed from the marketplace.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any price change will not affect previously completed transactions. Sales tax may be applied where required by law.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on downloaded digital files including Beats, sample packs, or other digital assets. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading or using a purchased file, please contact us at info@15hunnitboy.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue. Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund or credit at our sole discretion.

All Beats, compositions, recordings, artwork, branding, and other creative works on the Platform are protected by United States copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public performance of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. Producers retain copyright ownership of their works unless an Exclusive Rights purchase is completed. The 15HunnitBoy name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of 15HunnitBoy LLC.

Producers who sell through the Platform receive 80% of each sale, with 15HunnitBoy LLC retaining 20% as a platform commission. Payouts are processed on a regular schedule as outlined in the Producer Dashboard. Producers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings. By uploading content to the Platform, Producers represent and warrant that they own all rights to the material and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers; (e) use automated tools to scrape, download, or reproduce Platform content; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) resell or redistribute licensed Beats in violation of your license terms; (h) use purchased Beats in a manner that defames or harasses any individual or group. Violation of these terms may result in account termination without refund.

15HunnitBoy LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to info@15hunnitboy.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will investigate and respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 15HUNNITBOY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 15HunnitBoy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you upload or submit to the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which 15HunnitBoy LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
